Who we are

Morning Moon Consulting Services, LLC was established by our Founder following his decades of experience in program and project management with specialization in critical infrastructure applications, including aviation safety, networking & telecommunications with high availability requirements. Morning Moon Consulting serves public and private sector clientele in the mid-Atlantic region, with our offices located in the greater Richmond, Virginia area.

Founder and Principal Consultant Jamie Greene most recently served as a federal program manager leading an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I multi-Billion-dollar modernization of the Federal Aviation Administration’s telecommunications architecture, connecting a wide variety of safety critical air traffic sensors and voice communications across the thousands of sites comprising the National Airspace System. Mr. Greene previously served the US Air Force as a facilities engineer & program manager, leading the planning, construction and sustainment of airbase critical infrastructure while also serving as an explosive ordnance disposal, emergency management & disaster recovery expert. He is also a veteran with service in support of Operations Joint Guardian (Kosovo), Iraqi Freedom (Iraq), and Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).
